Due to the custom nature of our products (print-on-demand), returns are handled under the following conditions:

❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection

  • Change of mind

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Order number

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

📦 Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
